Questions

Before you write

Do you work with early-stage products?

Yes, provided the product works and has been used by a real customer. What matters is that there is something to sell — we build the commercial route to market around it, but we don't build the product.

Can you sell on our behalf rather than advise?

That is exactly what sales representation covers. SMOG acts as the commercial representative for the product within an agreed territory, under a defined mandate with agreed targets and reporting.

Do we have to take all six capabilities?

No. Most engagements start with one — usually market entry or lead generation — and expand once the first results are in. Each capability stands on its own.

How is the work measured?

Against commercial outcomes: qualified opportunities, demonstrations, conversions and revenue. Targets and reporting cadence are agreed before work starts, not after.

Which markets do you cover?

We take on markets where we can establish a genuine local commercial presence. Tell us the target market in your enquiry and we will say plainly whether it is one we can serve well.

Rather see the capabilities first?
